You inform us by phone or by email at [email protected] if you want a change or a refund.
You send the product back to us in its original condition and with the receipt inside the package with the company you received it with a charge to our Code.
As soon as we receive your return and if it is a refund, we will refund you the value of the product minus the €3 shipping fee.
If you have not paid by card we will need the IBAN and the bank to transfer the money to you.
*No returns will be accepted if this procedure is not followed and the consumer does not receive confirmation from the returns department.
The options available in case of returning a product are the following:
Credit: Credit to the account you have created in our online store. The amount corresponding to the product you want to return will be registered in your account, with the aim of using it in your next purchase. The credit is activated once we receive your return and you receive a relevant email from our returns department and must be used within 3 months.
Exchange with another product: If you have already selected the product with which you want to change your order, inform us by email at [email protected] and we will proceed with the shipment of the new product if there is availability in the color and the number you are interested in and if we have received your return.
Refund: Inform us by email at [email protected] or call 210-6846532. The costs of returning the product are strictly borne by the customer. You send the product to our headquarters within 5 calendar days at the address Chaimanda 15, Chalandri and after we have checked the product and confirmed that it is in its original condition as mentioned below we will refund you within 5 working days.
Conditions for your return to be accepted:
-The product must be in its original packaging and in its same excellent original condition together with the receipt of retail sale and including the special markings of the product (tags).
-The product box should also be in excellent condition, without any signs of wear. In the event that the product has undergone processing or wear or the box has been deformed, the return will not be accepted and the package will be returned to the consumer.
-For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns of swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, pantyhose, socks and underwear.
Is there a return fee?
The first change is charged with €3 transport costs. In the event that you return a product and receive the new one, if you need a change again you will have to bear the total cost of the transfer of €6.
It concerns transfers made ONLY through the courier companies cooperating with Really Boutique.
Caution:
Our company's return process protects the consumer from any mistakes and from the risk of a package being lost or its return being unreasonably delayed. Any return outside our system will not be accepted.
In the event that you have chosen another transport company, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us, as well as in the event that the parcel cannot be delivered to our location for any reason, the parcel will be returned to you as it is not possible to we pick it up from the store of the carrier you have chosen.
*It is not accepted to change an eshop product in a physical store.

How will I know that the returned product has been received?
When the product arrives at our warehouse and we have processed your return, you will be notified by email.
